SHADOWS IMAGE III

And another one from the shadows range.  This time, metal railings near a bridge.

  2. I really like the shadows series. It's amazing how solid they seem, almost as though they're as permanent as the objects casting the shadows.

    When I was away, I wished often that I was better at photography and had a better camera to capture my environment with. But the times I most wished that was the case were sunny afternoons when the shadows of the seagulls would sweep across the beaches. They were so beautiful. I'm sure someone with the necessary skills and equipment could have taken an amazing photo.

  3. Jenny it is not really the camera that captures a moment is time but the person behind the camera.

    I am sure you could take just a good a photograph as anyone else. Take a look at some of the excellent photography blogs on my blog roll. I should imagine it would be difficult for anyone to take a decent image of a swooping seagull's shadow. Because it is moving at some speed.
