Lovely image...I really enjoy the simplicity and great toning!
ReplyDeleteThanks Howard,
ReplyDeleteI guess most of my photography is really simple and not complicated but then perhaps because I still use traditional film based materials.

This suits the sepia tone. I'm hoping to take a few like this when I walk the Northumberland Coast path in a couple of weeks (if I'm not too busy worrying about my feet!) Thanks for your comment on my pic. I thought you'd stopped blogging but I see not.
ReplyDeleteI was seriously thinking about doing so due to copyright worries but I have scanned all my photographic prints in at a smaller size and resloution and added a new water mark. Hopefully this will do the trick (but you can never be sure). Northumberland is a lovely place, I hope you enjoy your walk there. Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island are two very photogenic locations.
ReplyDeleteThis is another beautiful image. I love the textures and contrasts in it. It makes me really want to be there...
ReplyDeleteThanks Jenny,
ReplyDeleteIt's on the fairly flat Lincolnshire coast not all that far from Skegness.
